Facials by Donna (former owner of Grandeur Day Spa) is located at Legacy Salons and Day Spa, in Lewisville, TX.  Donna provides advanced skin care services such as microdermabrasion, chemical peels, capillary removal, acne and anti-aging facials.  In additional to skin care she also provides natural nail manicures, pedicures and waxing.

Donna has been a licensed skin care therapist for nearly five years and a licensed nail technician for nearly three years.  In addition to her formal education for licensing, she has advanced education and training from International Dermal Institute and further advanced training in microdermabrasion and chemical peels.  Donna is passionate about her business and continues her education by attending training classes on a regular basis.

Donna enjoys her spare time with family and friends and of course her two little maltipoos, Dallas & Dakota. 

INFORMATION & RULES:

Arrival - For new clients, please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time to complete my Client Consultation Form.  The information collected helps me to better address your needs and informs you of any future spa specials or discounts.

Cancellation – If it becomes necessary to cancel your appointment, please provide me with as much notice as possible.  Notice of cancellation will allow me to manage my schedule and best serve my clients.  Clients that do not call and cancel prior to the scheduled appointment will be charged 60% of the total services scheduled. 

Payment – Services may be paid for in cash, a check, Master Card, Visa or Discover.  Checks returned for non-sufficient funds will be assessed a $30 fee.  Clients scheduling more than one service or services for more than one person will be required to provide credit card information to hold the appointment.    

Teens / Minors – Facials by Donna offers facials and nail services to teens/minors, however  an adult must be on the premises at all times.

Noise Avoidance – As a courtesy to our clients please turn your cell phone off or place on vibrate while in the spa..  Children must remain seated and quiet at all times.  We appreciate all your efforts in making our spa a tranquil and relaxing haven. 

Gift Certificates  for any dollar amount or Spa Packages are non-refundable but may be transferable to another individual. Gift certificates expire six months after the date of purchase.  No exceptions or extentions to expiration date.
